Description: Vegetation mapping at a map scale of 1:1,000,000 based on a generalised compilation of the lines and legends of a number of vegetation maps including the Kimberley region, Northern Territory, Cape York Peninsula, Einasleigh Uplands, Desert Uplands, Brigalow Belt North and Central Western Queensland.It includes new vegetation mapping for northwest Queensland.Set of polygon coverages in well-defined themes: vegetation coverage, coverage of survey traverses in northwest Queensland, coverage of survey sites in northwest Queensland. Complete site data for northwest Queensland stored in the Queensland Herbarium CORVEG database. Digital data at a 1:1 million dissolved to 1:2 million for final hard copy map production.
