Aged care is creating an increasing demand on society in Australia. Thanks to improved home functionality, quality, technology, and other advances, instead of moving to aged care facilities some elderly are opting to stay and ‘grow old at home’, receiving care from a variety of providers and individuals.
How can the elderly opting to stay and 'grow old at home' be sure they can trust the carer, doctor, or home digital automation expert who has just knocked on the door?

How can service providers TO the elderly better reach, get patients' trust, and serve them in urban or remote places?
